Tunable Laser Products

The Pure Photonics ITLA is based on a volume produced ITLA for the Telecom market, ensuring performance, quality and reliability. We provide three base versions of the product (PPCL300, PPCL200, PPCL100), which all can be customized in output power performance (up to 18 dBm for C-band and 17 dBm for L-band) and frequency range (up to 60 nm). Each version can be further enhanced by their availalble operating features, such as modulation, fast tuning etc. 

The PPCL100 is the standard Telecom product, with a low-noise mode. The PPCL200 is an enhanced version with a lower-noise firmware mode and useful modulation and control features in the low-noise mode. The PPCL300 is our low-noise model with electronics modifications to further reduced the kHz-MHz noise and with access to more powerful modulation features. 

The low-noise tunable lasers can be provided as-is, with an evaluation system or integrated into either the PPCL500 (for PPCL100, PPCL200), PPCL550 (for PPCL300) or CoBrite enclosure.

The products come with a standard set of modulation and control features. Typically 50 GHz Clean Sweep range and Clean Jump (for PPCL200 and PPCL300). Additional features are available to enable great performance in specific applications.
